The Ad-Hoc Committee on the Regulation of Legislation on Natural Disasters and Earthquakes convened today under the chairmanship of UBP MP Committee Chairman Özdemir Berova.

The Ad-Hoc Committee on the Legislation on Natural Disasters and Earthquakes formed by the Assembly of the Republic of Turkey today UBP Deputy Chairman of the Committee Özdemir Berova chaired by the President.

According to the statement made by the Parliament, the Committee listened to the guests on its agenda at its meeting held today.

Officials from the Ministry of Finance, the Attorney General's Office, the Cyprus Turkish Nurses and Midwives Union and the Civil Servants' Union (Memur-Sen) attended the committee meeting as invitees and made comments on the issue.

Minister of Economy and Energy at the committee meeting Olgun Amcaoglu were also present.

UBP MP Özdemir Berova CTP MP Deputy Chairman of the Committee Fikri Toros, Committee members YDP MP Talip Atalay, CTP MP Devrim Barçın, UBP MP Ahmet Savaşan, DP MP Hasan Tosunoglu and UBP MP Emrah Yesilirmak attended. The committee meeting was also attended by UBP MP Sadık Gardiyanoğlu, CTP MP Armağan Candan and Independent MPs Aysegul Baybars and Jale Refik Rogers attended.
